30th Dance Season 2025 - 2026.

Setting Up Your Parent Portal Account:
If this is your first time, click “Create Account” Follow the instructions to create your account. Make sure you thoroughly fill out the information, especially the email address and phone number. (the name should be the parents name not the student, you will fill out the student information in the next step, if you the student just continue to fill out your information in this section)
Everyone is required to put their date of birth. This will help the system determine what classes are available for your age If you are a parent, you will be registering your child for classes so click “add a student” and enter the students information. (If the child is already in our system you will get a message that says “We found this student in our system already! ‘Childs name’ will be added to your account automatically when you save”). Continue with this step until you have added all the students you will be registering Answer the security question and check the box that says I am over 18.
Make sure you read and accept our waiver before moving forward Once you save your account information you will be brought to your parent portal home page. This is where you can register for classes and see all of your account information.
Registering for Classes on the Parent Portal: Once you have logged in to your parent portal account, click on register for classes in the menu at the bottom of the screen When you click on register, you will be shown a list of classes available for each of the students on your account based on the age(s) of the student(s). Click the classes (listed under each student) that you would like to register that child for
Click submit on the bottom
Once you hit submit the following message will appear on the top of the page “Your registration is complete!
Be sure to check your email for a summary”
Click OK and you will be brought to your student page.
The studio will receive an email with your saved classes.
We will then review your registration and set the proper tuition amount. Once your account has been updated and set correctly you will receive an email from the studio with your monthly tuition for the season and information about payment options.
Next time you log in to your parent portal you will see how much you owe and can view a statement of the charges.
